Turtle, our beloved tabby cat, crossed the Rainbow Bridge surrounded by her family in the comfort of her home. Turtle was a bright light that shined endlessly along with her kind personality. She won many hearts over, including those who strictly preferred dogs. That's how special she was.
She was such a brilliant, intelligent cat that kept her wits to the very end. She had the brightest green eyes and the biggest appetite; treats were always welcome whenever Turtle was around. Bonus points were given if you shared a small piece of pound cake with her. She loved sunbathing, cuddles, endless naps, her catnip mice toys, blankets, and especially loved her handmade string toy that her mom made for her.
Turtle was adopted from the GMHS in 2011 and remained in our lives ever since. The many years we shared with Turtle have been a gift. There will never be another like her. She greeted everyone who said hello to her and made friends instantly. She was kind, gentle, and always made us laugh with her quirks. She was our 'Turtle Bee'.
Your mom and dad will miss you forever, Turtle. How blessed were we to have you with us all these years. Thank you for being our best friend. Until we meet again.
We love you, our sweet chunky Turtle Bee.
